CANADA 1914-1916 A Trench Art Inkwell Extra Fine
Built on a 1916 Magdeburg German 90 mm Shell base, the shell's sides were sculped into waves. The inkwell has a hinged cover with a grenade Babin E-245 affixed. Fitted on the back of the shell is a brass heart with a Babin #17-4 Horse artillery hat badge and brass tank track. Very clever and Unique!
